See a Show! Be in a Show!

Check out one of our family Broadway classics coming to a stage near you! OR see yourself on stage! Students enrolled in classes (ages 8-18) are eligible to audition for one of our main-stage musicals. Great parts for all ages!

CYT shows are always appropriate for the entire family and are an excellent way to introduce children to the arts at a young age! In addition to producing a full-length Broadway-style musical on stage, our lobby is always bustling with face painting, a wide selection of refreshments and show-themed souvenirs!

Important Audition Tips from the Artistic Team

• Sing a song from a Broadway musical; NO pop songs.
• Please come prepared with a rehearsed audition piece. Karaoke & sheet music can be found online.
• No singing a cappella (without background music or accompaniment).
• Auditions are open - Friends and family are encouraged to stay and watch.
• Callbacks are closed - Only students who are called back are allowed at the facility (no parents).
• An accompanist will be provided for auditions if needed.
• There will be a dance audition.
• Please dress up! Dresses, slacks & skirts preferred. Wear shorts or leggings under for dance audition.
• Bring your dance shoes if you have them - please no boots, sandals or bare feet.
