"Dancing with the Celebrities" Benefit Saturday, April 28th, 2012 - 7:00pm [doors open at 6:00pm] The Bing Crosby Theater 901 W. Sprague Ave. Join CYT-Spokane for our 5th annual "Dancing with the Celebrities" benefit. Local celebrities are paired with professional dance instructors as they dance to raise funds for Christian Youth Theater! The audience votes for their favorite contestant by placing dollars into the basket designated for that couple ($1=1 vote, $15=15 votes, etc). HYPE — High School Youth Pursuing Excellence

H.Y.P.E. stands for High School Youth Pursuing Excellence. These are the teens of CYT, tomorrow's community leaders. HYPE is a program through which high school youth involved in CYT can develop their leadership capacity. The name says it all. These teens are hyped about CYT and the positive impact that it can have on our community. To that end, these kids encourage younger kids in CYT, are actively involved in CYT productions whether backstage or on stage, and take part in the leadership of CYT by attending production meetings and fundraisers.
